Ian Del Castillo

Film and Production Manager

Growing up in the San Francisco bay area, Ian attended St. Ignatius College Preparatory in the sunset district. From SI, he went on to the University of California, Davis where in 2009, he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. Through his time at UC Davis and beyond he held positions with Wells Fargo, US Bank, and TD Ameritrade.

Feeling unfulfilled in the finance sector he decided to pursue his passion for food and hospitality and enrolled into the City College of San Francisco Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies program. While attending the program at CCSF, Ian began working full time for CFC as a cook and event chef. Ian graduated from the CAHS program and received an associate’s degree in culinary arts management. Over time, Ian’s role with CFC began to evolve. He began tapping into his previous finance and client service background and now serves as the film and production manager for CFC.
