Hailing from the lush Sacramento Valley, General Manager Felipe Bejarano brings his expansive and distinguished experience to Christopher’s Fine Catering. Upon receiving his bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from California State University, Chico, Felipe went on to the California Culinary Academy to earn a degree in culinary arts and hone his culinary fundamentals.
Demonstrating exceptional ability in the kitchen early on, Felipe began as a Sous Chef at San Francisco’s A16. From A16, Felipe tested his talents on a larger scale with positions at the W Hotel San Francisco and the Four Seasons San Francisco. At the W, his commitment to delivering consistent, beautiful food elevated his position to Executive Sous Chef. Felipe continued to build his administrative and kitchen prowess with a stint as Executive Sous Chef at Renata in Portland. Later on in his career, as a result of hiss experience and talent; Felipe was hired on as Executive Chef and Opening Consultant to Cacio e Pepe in Bogotá, Columbia.
In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, attending his daughter’s softball tournaments, and perfecting his golf swing at local golf courses. Altogether, CFC and its clients benefit from the experience and thoughtfulness, Felipe brings to each and every event.
