Brigid Connolly

Chef de Cuisine


Brigid was born and raised in the San Jose, California. She began her cooking career early at the age of seventeen cooking at the Connemara Hotel in Connemara, Ireland.

Upon returning to the United States, Brigid attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco where she earned an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts Management. Upon graduating, with experience under her belt, Brigid obtained a position at the renowned Plumed Horse in Silicon Valley. She trained under Michelin starred Chef Peter Armellino.

After two years with Chef Armellino, Brigid moved north to Marin County to cook at Fish in Sausalito, broadening her skillset from fine dining to rustic fare. In 2011 she assisted in opening Prospect, a sister restaurant of Boulevard, in downtown San Francisco. Working with chefs Pam Mazzola and Ravi Kapur further honed Brigid’s craft.

Brigid now resides at Christopher’s Fine Catering where she shares a passion and philosophy for utilizing sustainable products as well as local & seasonal ingredients.
